1. What BinAndHaul is

BinAndHaul is a lead-generation and partner-matching service. We do not own trucks or dumpsters and we do not perform hauling, delivery, or disposal. When you submit a request, we match you with one or more independently owned, vetted local partner companies who provide the actual service under their own business, pricing, and terms.

2. Quotes and the service relationship

Any quote, schedule, or agreement for work is between you and the local partner company — not BinAndHaul. Pricing shown on this site is a general range for guidance; your binding price is the one your matched partner provides. The partner is responsible for performing the work, for its own insurance and licensing, and for compliance with local regulations.

3. Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate contact and project information.
• Ensure safe, legal placement access for a dumpster or crew.
• Do not dispose of prohibited or hazardous materials except as your partner permits.
• Obtain any permits required for placement on public property, unless your partner arranges them.

4. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BinAndHaulis not liable for the acts, omissions, pricing, timeliness, or quality of work of any partner company, or for any damages arising from services performed by a partner. The site and matching service are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

5. Acceptable use

Use the site only for genuine service requests. Do not submit false information, attempt to disrupt the site, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

6. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the “last updated” date above. Continued use of the site means you accept the current terms.
