This policy explains what information BinAndHaul collects when you use this site or submit a quote request, how we use it, and — importantly for our model — how we share it with the independently owned local partner companies that fulfill your job.
When you submit the quote form we collect the details you provide: your name, phone number, and (for business requests) email and company name; your service type and project details; and your location or service address. If you use address autocomplete, that address is provided by Google Places based on what you type. We also collect basic technical data such as the page you submitted from.
The core of our service is sharing your request with local partners. When you submit a quote, we share the relevant details with one or more vetted, independently owned partner companies so they can contact you with a quote and perform the work. Those partners are separate businesses and use your information to service your request. We also use service providers (for example, email delivery and hosting) that process data on our behalf. We do not sell your personal information.
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information you've submitted, and you can opt out of non-essential communications, by contacting us using the details below. Because your request may already have been shared with a local partner, you may also need to contact that partner directly.
The site uses only the cookies necessary to function and, where enabled, privacy-respecting analytics to understand aggregate usage. We do not use your quote details for advertising.
The site is served over HTTPS and we take reasonable measures to protect the information you submit. No method of transmission is perfectly secure, so we can't guarantee absolute security.
